Meeting Rooms

  1. All areas have been reconfigured to provide 2m social distancing
  2. One-way systems are now in-place throughout the hotel and restaurant
  3. Sanitising stations have been inputted throughout the building
  4. Meeting rooms have been deep cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival
  5. Touchpoints are cleaned regularly throughout the day
  6. We will not “dress” your meeting room tables, all equipment will be on side tables for use
  7. Catering will be served inside the room or the main restaurant

Guests

  1. We ask that all guests adhere to social distancing measures
  2. On arrival and throughout the day, please use the hand sanitiser provided
  3. There is a ‘Guide to your Meeting Room’ in your room covering: fire exits, Wi-Fi, toilets, smoking and on the day contact
  4. Please refrain from attending your meeting or event if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating or displaying symptoms known to be consistent with Covid-19.

Team members

  1. All of our employees have completed covid-19 training
  2. Employee areas have been re-planned with sanitisers, signage and limited capacities
  3. All employees must be temperature checked before beginning their shift
  4. Face masks are worn at all times.

Accreditation

We have been deemed as a Shield – Safe to Trade business.

The Safe to Trade Scheme was launched in direct response to the coronavirus pandemic, to help businesses instil consumer and worker confidence that they can re-open and trade safely.
